extra credit for final

1. A man who lived in New york was pushed onto a subway track by a panhandler who had been messing around with other passengers nearby and the man tried to calm down the panhandler when he got pushed onto the tracks. The photographer tried helping the man up but couldn't make it in time so he started flashing his camera to try to warn the train operator to stop but that didn't end up helping anyone but the photographer ended up with a few pictures.
2. The photographer said he took the picture to try to warn the train operator by taking those flash pictures.
3. I think it was a good idea at the time and he couldn't do anything else but at least he tried.
4. Yes but no, because he could have warned a bunch of people and tried to help the man but he was running out of time so i bet he was panicking so what else could he have done?
5. I agree and disagree because the photo informs everyone what had happened but at the same time it isn't a necessary photo and i don't understand why the photographer would just send in the picture and just be okay with it.
6. In a photojournalist view, i bet capturing images of life as it happens is more important to them because that is what their job is but as a person stopping bad things should always come first.
7. I think it is acceptable because even though they may be photographing something horrible like this photo, it doesn't mean they can't help or anything. Like this photographer, he tried using his flash to try to stop the train.
8. No because how would we as people know what is going on in the world if we weren't there to experience them, we need pictures to help us tell what really happened.
9. Wow! enough time to take a few pictures. Why didn’t the person help? How many pictures did they take? 3-4 pictures. And nobody tried to help. Not one person. The pictures sure shows that much. What an age we live in when getting the picture is more important! I am appalled. [#]
I think this comment should stand out to the photographer because it makes the most sense and really is a true and understandable comment.
